Chocolate Subscriptions; Continuous Subscriptions; Cancellation Policy
Chocolate Subscriptions. We currently offer one subscription plan for our Chocolates, a box with five (5) different chocolates every Month. The number of Chocolates you receive and the amount you are charged will be the same every month and will be charged on the 12th day of each month to all of our active subscribers. If we change the prices or other charges associated with our Chocolate Subscription plan, we will provide you with notice of such changes by email or a notice posted on our Site. Continuous Subscriptions. When you register for a Chocolate Subscription, YOU EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT (A) FINE CHOCOLATE CLUB (OR OUR THIRD-PARTY PAYMENT PROCESSOR) IS AUTHORIZED TO CHARGE YOU ON A MONTHLY BASIS ON THE 12th DAY OF EACH MONTH FOR YOUR CHOCOLATE SUBSCRIPTION OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH (IN ADDITION TO ANY APPLICABLE TAXES AND OTHER CHARGES SUCH AS SHIPPING) FOR AS LONG AS YOUR CHOCOLATE SUBSCRIPTION CONTINUES, (B) YOUR CHOCOLATE SUBSCRIPTION IS CONTINUOUS UNTIL YOU CANCEL IT OR WE SUSPEND OR STOP PROVIDING ACCESS TO THE SITES OR APPLICABLE PRODUCTS IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE TERMS. YOU MAY SKIP YOUR MONTHLY CHOCOLATE ORDER AS OFTEN AS YOU'D LIKE BY EMAILING US AT INFO@FINECHOCOLATECLUB.COM BEFORE THE 12th DAY OF EACH MONTH.
Cancellation Policy. YOU MAY CANCEL YOUR CHOCOLATE SUBSCRIPTION ONLINE AT ANY TIME BY EMAILING INFO@FINECHOCOLATECLUB.COM OR THROUGH OUR "CONTACT US" FORM LOCATED ON THE "ABOUT US" PAGE. IN ORDER TO AVOID BEING CHARGED FOR THE FOLLOWING MONTH'S SUBSCRIPTION, YOU MUST NOTIFY US BEFORE 12TH DAY OF THE PREVIOUS MONTH. IF THE CANCELLATION IS REQUESTED ON OR AFTER THE 12TH DAY OF THE MONTH, THE CUSTOMER WILL RECEIVE THE NEXT MONTH'S CHOCOLATE SUBSCRIPTION.
In the event you cancel your Chocolate Subscription, please note that we may still send you promotional communications about Fine Chocolate Club, unless you opt out of receiving those communications by following the unsubscribe instructions provided therein.
